Our ideal candidate must be able to drive through hiring challenges by using innovative sourcing approaches and solutions. Responsibilities including but not limited to:
· Full life cycle recruiting for all positions including but not limited to:
1. Senior Management
2. Junior to Senior Sales Executives
3. Developers and implementation team members
4. Marketing professionals
5. Administrative positions
· Determine clear job requirements and time to-fill goals with hiring managers.
· Source candidates through traditional and creative methods
· Network proactively
· Drive applicant traffic through ad placement, sourcing and active recruiting methods
· Resume reviews, phone screens and coordination of interviews
· Keep Job Descriptions up to date
· Other assigned duties
3-7 years Full Cycle Recruiting
At least 1 year of Technical Recruiting (SalesForce and MS Dynamics)
Must be well versed in diverse sourcing techniques to find talent.
Excellent verbal and written communications
Self Starter, ability to work independently, meet deadlines and communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
